Located off of U.S. Highway 59 in Houston, Texas, the neighborhood of Greeway Plaza offers great access to Downtown Houston (5 miles) and Uptown Houston (3 miles). The neighborhood of Greenway Plaza was Houston's first totally planned business-commercial-residential complex developed by the late Kenneth Schnitzer.

The neighborhood of Greenway Plaza is composed of 10 commercial buildings with Class A office space, as well as many other conveniences. Within the Greenway Plaza community you will find the Renaissance Hotel Houston, the Houston City Club, and Tony's Restaurant. The commercial buildings in the complex range from 11 to 31 stories.Greenway Plaza is located adjacent to the City owned Compaq Center (The Summit). This venue is now the home of Lakewood Church.
