Susi McCauley became a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas in 2005 and since that time has been a member of The Zoller Goup at Keller Wiliams Realty-Metropolitan. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. working as a Buyer's Agent in the Great Houston Metropolitan area, Susi has extensive knowledge of Meyerland, Bellaire, Westbury, West University, Montrose, The Heights, Sharpstown and surrounding neighborhoods.

Prior to becoming a real estate practitioner, Susi was the owner of a certified WDBE (Woman/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) speicalizing in computer consulting and staffing. This experience coupled with a legal background made real estate sales a natural choice. Long before this business experience came along, Susi knew she wanted to be involved in the real estate field. She considered getting her license when her first son was born, thinking that it would be an excellent career choice. But life got in the way and it was fifteen years before the time was right for her to realize her dream. Better late than never!

Susi grew up in the City of Bellaire and currently resides in Meyerland with her youngest son. They have a small menagerie of pets including a German Sheperd dog, a Russian Blue cat, a new Siamese kitten and a Leopard gecko. Susi likes to garden and read in her spare time and she spends as much time as possible with her elderly mother, Bernice, who loves to go along when Susi holds Open Houses on Sunday afternoons.
