I am writing an unsolicited letter of recommendation for Susi McCauley, a licensed Realtor, because I have found her performance as a real estate agent to be exemplary. I believe she deserves recognition and so potential consumers can be aware of the excellence available to them. Anyone who uses her will be lucky to have chosen her as their agent.

I have bought or sold property 10 times (often multiple lots) over 25 years. Additionally, as I am an attorney who handles real property matters, I have assisted numerous others in more property transactions then I can count. For the most part real estate agents do their part, and are not particularly noteworthy. Ms McCauley is definitely a far cut above the norm.

I happened upon her by chance, simply having chosen a series of properties via Zillow, but I cannot say what a stroke of luck it was to have her assist me from that point forth. I can honestly say had any other agent been involved, I do not believe this property deal would have ever made it to fruition. She negotiated firmly and efficiently on my behalf, constantly checked on amendments and paperwork without me ever asking, was always available when I had questions or when I wanted to see property, but beyond that, offered me tons of "extras" that kept all parts of this transaction from becoming an issue. She even had a complete list of utility companies and helpful contractors and services available when I needed those (and thoughtfully reminded me to switch the utilities with enough time so that I had no interruption of service). Every part of the transaction that Ms McCauley was involved in has been exceptional, and from this point forth, for me, and to any client willing to listen, there is only one real estate agent in Houston that will be getting my work-Susi McCauley. If you are smart, you'll do the same.
